When was the last time you have visited a farm? If you are living in a busy city or in the capital like me, it isn’t common to have occasions to leave school and work just for a day or two in the countryside. More often than not, urbanites only have a chance to explore provinces and the rich fields there during travel assignments and holidays. Since this is a very rare opportunity, I collected those photos below to remember how my day tour at Gourmet Farms was like.
The photos were taken at Gourmet Farms in Silang, Cavite. This seven-hectare farmland houses a huge variety of greens and herbs which the company supplies to its hotel, coffee shop, and supermarket clients in Manila. To read more about Gourmet Farms, you can read my feature of the Farm Life here.
For my farm visit, I planned my OOTD to consist of bright yellow polo shirt (to stand out from all the greens), black shorts (to hide the dirt I would surely acquire in the farm), and white sandals (to comfortably walk around). To protect myself from the harmful rays of the sun, I used my favorite sunscreen and wore a pair of sunglasses. All my travel necessities were put in my trusty and heavy duty backpack.

Life is better on the farm.
What do you think of my outfit in my recent farm visit? Do you like it? Aside from yellow, what other color would you recommend me to wear?
